Armature Pilates

Armature Pilates are Brunswick East's premier centre for reformer and studio pilates. Their 412 Lygon Street location is dedicated to reformer pilates, housing 10 Allegro 2 machines. Armatures are most commonly used in sculptural practice to create the base structure of a sculpture. At Armature Pilates, they teach clients how to bring their skeleton and joints into the most optimal alignment for ease of movement and pain-free daily activities. They have hour long classes to make full use of the machine and target all over body workouts.
