Pilates is a full-body exercise system designed to improve flexibility, physical strength, body alignment and mental awareness. Pilates focusses on the retraining of the deep core stabilising muscles which helps improve posture, strength and flexibility.

Clinical Pilates

Clinical pilates is a full body system approach to assess and treat your individual needs. Clinical pilates is performed one-on-one with your physiotherapist to design an individual program to treat your injury and help restore you to full health. Pilates is used in conjunction with other treatment methods to assess and manage a variety of injuries and conditions, including back pain, neck pain, headaches and hyper-mobility.

Our Strength training classes are designed for people over the age of 50 and are scientifically proven to aid in increasing mobility, strength and much more.

The warm water gives the body a buoyant, weightless effect that makes exercise much less strenuous on the body, and all the more relaxing.
