Besides the location - everything was perfect. Had my hair cut by Jay who was a perfectionist, not leaving an uneven strand behind! Customer service is the absolute best here. Furthermore the aesthetics of this place is just through the roof especially with the huge mirrors allowing you to see exactly what's happening to your hair. Overall it was an amazing experience - I never thought a haircut could be this great of an experience!
