Pure Movement Crossfit

Our on-boarding program teaches you all of the CrossFit movements in a small group session, building knowledge and intensity as you progress. This 8-session program can be completed at your own pace and creates good habits to ensure long term success.

Our trainer-led group sessions are offered across six different time slots throughout the week. We allow a maximum of 15 people per class, each of which can be scaled to your individual skill level. Our focus is on quality of movement and technique, so you get the most out of your workout. Join our CrossFit community and benefit from the encouragement of your peers.

We know that finding the time and energy to attend training sessions can be tough during pregnancy, and for new mums. We offer our special ‘Mums and Bubs’ class 5 days a week to provide maximum convenience for you. The setting is relaxed, and you are encouraged to bring your children along. This class is 60 minutes long and is a scaled-down version of our group class. It’s designed for mums who are wanting to get back into training, and those looking to exercise safely and assist in a healthy pregnancy. While we do have a play area for children, there is no supervised child care. The classes have been created with the assumption that children will interrupt and need some attention through the duration.

CrossFit Kids provides an active alternative to sedentary pursuits and all ‘round better health for our children. We can help boost your child’s confidence, improve self esteem and body image and encourage a lifelong enjoyment of fitness through fun and physical activity. Our program involves exercises that are essential to children’s play such as pulling, running, throwing, climbing, lifting and jumping. In addition to building strength, stamina and general fitness, CrossFit Kids grows children's confidence and gives them skills in leadership and teamwork.

Pure Movement CrossFit offer personal training for people looking for a little extra attention. The sessions can be purchased as single hours or in bundles, and you can also choose from one-on-one or small group (2-4) with one of our experienced CrossFit coaches.
