The Master Cleanse

The Master Cleanse is a 10 day detox diet in which the participant drinks a beverage which is made by mixing lemon water, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper. The participant is supposed to eat nothing else but the diet can be modified slightly to include fruits. One can lose weight quickly by following this 10 day detox diet.
