Yoga Open 30°C sessions designed to challenge through to the Essentials classes, Yin yoga, options for pre-natal and post-natal students, and regular events, workshops and accredited Yoga Teacher Training programmes for 200, 350 hour and 500 hour levels.

For new students or those looking to fine-tune their practice, BodyMindLife has ongoing nine-week programmes with its Yoga Essentials and Pilates Align class options that cover the key movements in each practice, and a four-week programme for meditation students to learn the art of stillness.

Designed with sacred geometry to create spaces that encourage students to feel nourished and well, BodyMindLife has secure lockers, state-of-the-art showers and change rooms equipped with organic wash products, hair dryers and straighteners.

The studio also has a Yogi Lounge with hot herbal tea and wifi to connect and recharge.

BodyMindLife Surry Hills is one of four BodyMindLife studios in Sydney with other locations in Redfern, Potts Point and Bondi Beach.
