In 2001, Ben Fletcher began the journey of Personalised Training through a One on One model. After 8 years and thousands of sessions across more than 100 trainers. Ben decided that LTYB would differentiate our Personal Training style to a Group Individualised Model. The goal behind the model was to open up opportunities for more people to access a Personal Trainer many times per week at a third of the price. The model was first trailed in 2008 at the now Icon Strathmore Studio. The model proved a huge success instantly. Since then, LTYB has grown to 5 studios, thousands of weekly workouts and a strong culture of developing inspirational Personal trainers.

We differentiate our services as we are a combination of a Gym Membership and Personal Training. Members can only train by appointment with a Group Personal Trainer at their selected booking time. The Trainer will understand your goals and set a plan to ensure you are working within your limitations whilst progressing you towards your goals in every session.

Local team Angela and Leanne opened the Fairfield studio in July 2014. Having trained at the LTYB Strathmore studio for 3 years, they saw an opportunity to open the truly unique model to the Fairfield community. Angela is an experienced PT and chiropractor with 7 years experience in the industry. Angela and our team of Personal Trainers aim to ensure every workout is specific to your needs.
