Pilates (or the Pilates method) is a series of over 500 mat or equipment based exercises inspired by calisthenics, yoga and ballet. Pilates improves flexibility, muscle and 'core' strength, posture improvement and awareness, coordination and balance, relaxation, rehabilitation and prevention of injuries. Pilates can be an aerobic and non-aerobic form of exercise. It requires concentration and focus, because the body is moved through precise ranges of motion.

We encourage participants to commit to a 5-week course of Pilates.

Clients who book and pay for the 5 week course will receive their initial consultation for just $50 and save $25 on classes! A total saving of $35.

Want more results faster? Come to two classes per week and pay just $275 for 5 weeks - a total saving of $85.

When booking and paying in advance for 5 weeks, missed appointments are forfeited.

As a result of several false bookings, NEW PATIENTS must provide a number they can be contacted on, and may be asked to provide a $20 (refundable*) deposit for their appointment. Bookings will otherwise be cancelled.
